Athletes perform 55 reps of varies exercises for points to earn prizes
Exercise Selection: Athletes perform 55 reps of varies exercises for points
Examples: Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, burpees, or more movements
Repetition Range: 55 Reps per exercise
Proper Form and Technique: CCA judges will emphasize the importance of maintaining proper form and technique throughout the repetitions. Judges will assess participants based on their adherence to correct execution, such as full range of motion, control, stability, and alignment.
Time Limit: No Time Limit to perform 55 reps in general but CCA judges may add time limits to certain exercises. CCA judge discretion.
Scoring System: Athletes will be assigned points (min of 10 points) based on their performance and exercise completion.
Safety Measures: All participants are required to sign liability waivers prior to competing.
Rules and Regulations: Clearly outline the rules and regulations of the competition. This includes guidelines regarding disqualifications, restarts, rest periods, and any penalties for improper form or behavior.
Judging Panel: CCA qualified judging panel consisting of fitness professionals or experts who have experience in assessing form, technique, and adherence to the competition criteria. CCA judges are unbiased, fair, and knowledgeable.
