What is the Push Together Project?

The Push Together Project is our team's entry in The Push-Up Challenge, Australia's largest mental health and fitness event. Every year, hundreds of thousands of Australians take on the challenge of completing a number of push-ups that reflects the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent year of available data. Participants also learn daily mental health facts and raise funds for mental health charities.

Our Trivia Night is part of our fundraising efforts throughout June, supporting Headspace Gosford and the vital mental health services they provide to young people in our community.

$10 from every ticket sold will be donated to our Push-Up Challenge fundraising total. This is Paid on the night. Just register online for FREE or Call up Grill'd West Gosford !
