Purpose in the age of AI: Where are we heading? A FaithTech Story Night

AI is like a giant snow ball gathering pace and impacting everyone in its wake; especially those in the IT industry. Having and sustaining a career is all the more challenging now. For the FaithTech community and many of our IT friends, it's a critical pivot point - a time to stop and reflect on our life purpose and direction.
This is an event you can safely invite your non-faith friends to for an interesting discussion; a networking opportunity, a break from work and delicious food! Story Night is a welcoming space to share real stories from leaders working in the world of tech – stories of purpose, hope, and faith.
To unpack our topic we’ve invited highly successful IT professionals who combine their career objectives with a faith perspective. Each will briefly share some of their past life experiences. We will then invite them as a panel to examine questions that relate to the shifting landscape that AI now brings with the key question being … “How will AI alter my career, how does that impact my life purpose and what can I do about it?”

Technology shapes our lives, our work, and our future. At FaithTech, we believe God desires to move powerfully in and through this space and through us to transform lives.

You’ll hear from creators and builders in tech who will share how their faith, values, and experiences have shaped the way they build and use technology and its impact in the world.

Hosted by FaithTech, Story Night is an evening to reflect and engage in the message of Jesus in a practical, thoughtful and relevant way.

Whether you are Christian, are curious about the faith, or simply want to hear authentic human stories behind the tech industry, you are invited to come as you are, bring your questions, and join us for an inspiring night of story, conversation, and community.
