The Purpose Built Retreat is designed to help you articulate your personal identity statements—something we believe is essential to living a life on purpose.

Our character reflects how well our thoughts and behaviors align with our identity, purpose, and values. When our mindset and actions don't fully align with our God-designed purpose, we experience a character gap. As long as we're on this earth, that gap will exist—but the question is, are we intentionally growing in our character each day? More importantly, are we like a tree that merely bears leaves (is healthy), or are we bearing fruit that nourishes those around us (is flourishing)?

Our most meaningful personal and professional relationships prioritize character and values over skills and knowledge. But becoming a person of character begins with understanding who you are and articulating your unique values. Do you have a personal mission statement and defined values?
