A vibrant flavor returns to The Hop on Friday, September 12th - Purple Sweet Potato Ice Cream! It's beautiful and delicious and is the perfect prequel to Pumpkin. We roast locally grown Lee’s One Fortune Farm Japanese purple sweet potatoes, blend them into our dairy or vegan ice cream base with choice seasonal spices, and spin it all into a beautiful and delicious creamy treat.
A dairy and vegan version will be on the menu at all locations while supplies last.
