Our 45 clubs and high school and college affiliates are selling scratch-made long john/cream stick donuts topped with a dab of purple icing, symbolizing the purple mark placed on children’s pinkie fingers after receiving the polio vaccine in developing countries.
For every $20 donation, you’ll receive a dozen Purple Pinkie Donuts—a delicious way to support polio eradication. Your donation is eligible for a 2:1 Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation match, tripling your impact. Every dozen sold helps provide vaccines and supports the global effort to eliminate polio.
How can you participate?
💰 Purchase donuts for $20 per dozen and help us reach our goal of 100% club participation.
📦 Clubs can buy at least 5 dozen donuts to enjoy, resell, or donate to local causes.
Pre-order now through your local Rotary Club or contact Rich Tirpak at (330) 933-1043 for more info.
💜 Don’t want the calories? You can still donate by sending checks to “Rotary District 6650” at 116 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH 44702.
The Purple Pinkie Donut Project, launched in 2018, has raised over $4.7 million to eradicate polio. We are proud to continue this impactful tradition in Ohio, with a goal of 100% participation in 2024!
