CAMP FEE- $40 per individual
TRAINING SCHEDULE – Day 1 – 2, 9:00 – 11:45 // 12:30-2:45 // 3:00 – 4:00 (Review and hard wrestling)
Day 3, 9:00 – 11:45 // 12:30-2:45 (only 2 sessions on Day 3) Live wrestling after session II
AGE REQUIREMENT – Incoming high school and high school
PURLER TRAINING CAMP MISSION: “Dangerous in all positions”
In this camp, you will be taught the Purler ™ Wrestling Academy’s set of core drill routines from the NEUTRAL, TOP, and BOTTOM positions, including leg riding. It is vital that a wrestler has no weak links in his game as those weaknesses will be exposed every weekend and every practice. After Purler’s™ Triple
Threat Wrestling Camp your wrestler(s) will be a leg riding master and ready to compete in all positions. While most camps are ‘clinic-style’ camps, where the kids simply ‘learn a move and try it. Purler Wrestling camps are training-camps where we will put the workers to work in a drill-intensive format so that each wrestler develops the necessary muscle memory to become a better wrestler.
Note – Wrestling, like gymnastics, has a lot of skills to learn and master. Unlike baseball (three moves – hit, throw, & catch) or soccer (two moves- dribble & pass), wrestling is a sport that is very complex. However, 95% of your points come from 5% of the wrestling and this approach gives your wrestler(s) the
FOUNDATION needed to win titles. Remember it isn’t just what you learn, it is what you don’t learn that also counts. Purler™ Camps promise not to throw ‘a move a minute’ at you like most camps.

BENEFITS:
Once done wrestlers & will have a blueprint to not only follow but to build a successful career with. Coaches who attend will be able to take the reins and continue the drilling process so your wrestlers can master these skills.
FORMAT – Commuter camp. Wrestlers must provide their own transportation to and from training each day. Wrestlers should bring their own lunch, training gear, and are expected to be on time each day.
