This registrations site is open right now just so we can get a head count of number of families to expect. This is not a per person ticket purchase event. We are only using this site to keep track of the number of families that will be in attendance. Donations are being accepted to help offset the expense of such and event, but attendance is free. While not decided for sure, there may be a couple activities that will be pay to participate. If so, such will be announced in advance.

Yes, we will be doing baptisms that day. Bring a big towel, a change of clothes, something to put your wet clothes in and other personal hair care and hygiene items you may need after getting fully wet from head to toe. Please also consider the color and possible transparency of what you will be wearing when you come up out of the water.

As for personal lodging reservations, this is a small rural community. There are a couple hotels in Tell City – you can find them on google. Since we are right next to Hoosier National Forest this is a popular outdoors destination area. Camp sites range from very primative/rustic to full RV hook ups and shower houses and restaurants. Be sure to search the general surrounding area, not just Tell City proper. We are in Perry County but there are many historic and adventure type activities in all the surrounding counties as well. Many past visitors have also camped at one of the many local campgrounds or rented cabins. You will find the cabin rentals on VBRO (vacation rental by owner)
