Join us for the third of 4 in November's "Elemental Series."Fire
The element of fire is considered to be the first created on earth. It is the symbol of energy, passion, freedom, power and strength.
This session falls on the week of the full moon which is prime time for releasing and burning away all that which doesn't serve us.
Bring blankets/mat/pillow - dress warm & comfortably- the studio does have some mats if you'd like to use one of theirs.
