**Invitation to a Healing sound bath meditation**You are warmly invited to immerse yourself in a transformative experience at our upcoming Healing Sound Bath Meditation. Join us on Thursday, November 21st at 7pm in the serene setting of High Ho Gems studio, where the gentle resonance of healing sounds will guide you on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery.
As you lie comfortably, allow the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs,drums and nature-inspired instruments to wash over you. This meditative space is designed to release stress, restore balance, and promote deep healing for the mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you are seeking to unwind, connect with your inner self, or simply experience the beauty of sound, this session is perfect for all levels. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
**What will be provided :**
- A yoga mat and comfortable blanket
- A pillow for your head
- An eye mask (if you prefer complete darkness)
- handcrafted, herbal tea made by Wize Wonderz
