TIME :: 8:30am Meet Up

WHO :: OPEN TO ALL WOMEN and PATIENTS

WHAT :: Bring a Yoga Mat, Water and/or snacks for hydration!

NOTE :: A 30 min Pelvic Workout before the expereince!
