What to Wear

Serve Beyoncé energy.

Recommended:

• Shorts (best for pole grip)
• A fitted top, bodysuit, or workout set
• Knee pads, if you have them
• Heels optional (Pleasers, boots, or dance heels welcome)
• Sparkles, metallics, denim, mesh, western glam, black-on-black — all encouraged

Avoid:

• Lotion or oils on your skin before class
• Jewelry that could scratch the poles

How to Prepare

• Arrive hydrated
• Eat a light meal beforehand

• Come camera-ready if you want content/photos
