Pure Barre is a low-impact, fast-paced workout that focuses on strength, balance, and toning. During your 50 minute pop-up class our teacher will guide you through positions that target every muscle group in your body, all to a fun and fast-paced soundtrack.

Pure Barre is for every age group and fitness level; beginners are welcome in every class! For our pop-up class inside the beautiful Salon22 space, please bring a mat and your water bottle. You will be most comfortable in leggings or long pants and sticky/grip socks (if you have them).
