Enjoy expert instruction as you get in a nice Saturday sweat! Following class, enjoy live music with a spritz and lite bites in our courtyard! Whether you're a seasoned barre enthusiast or new to the practice, this is designed for all fitness levels. So bring your mat, water, towel, friends, and join us for a morning of fitness and fun!
Tickets are $25 per person which includes a pre-class lemon ginger health shot from Vitality Bowls Alpharetta followed by lite bites and a spritz from Carrie’s Alpharetta post-class. Space is limited, reserve your spot for Saturday, June 22 at 10 a.m.
