Puppy Yoga with Big Dog Ranch Rescue

Join us in Grand Court on Saturday, July 27 from 10AM - 11AM, for puppy yoga with Big Dog Ranch Rescue and Diane Lambert from YogaSix. Puppies available for adoption will be brought by Big Dog Ranch Rescue to mingle with while enjoying the class.

Join us at Athleta from 10AM to 1PM where 10% of all sales will be donated to Big Dog Ranch Rescue.

About Diane:

Diane received her 200 hours Yoga Certification in March 2017. To become a yoga instructor before her 50th birthday was her personal goal, which she accomplished! When the pandemic hit, it was an opportunity to pursue her yogic experience and she completed a 500 hours Yoga certification online. Diane is also a registered nurse, working at The Veterans Administration Hospital and is honored to care for our Veterans. Yoga is her passion, her sanctuary. The Practice of yoga is a joyful experience; Diane instructs with an open mind and she takes pleasure in her classes seeing smiles. Diane's teaching experience includes Power Yoga, gentle flow , sculpt , and chair yoga.
