What is Puppy Yoga?

Puppy Yoga is America’s favorite new wellness experience — especially for dog lovers. It’s 30 minutes of all-level yoga, surrounded by puppies, followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime, photos, and cuddles. Our first classes sold out in just a few days — people were really looking for something mood-boosting and stress-relieving.

I believe wellness and mental health support should be accessible to more people — especially those going through stress or living far from their families. Puppy Yoga is not just a want — it’s a need.
