What happens when you combine a gentle yoga flow with a room full of adorable Pet Helpers puppies?
Well… you try to do yoga.
Join us Saturday, September 26, from 12–1 p.m. at O2 Fitness James Island for Downward Dog, Literally—a one-hour puppy yoga pop-up where the puppies are free to roam from mat to mat, make new friends, interrupt your poses and generally remind you that yoga is a lot more fun when there are puppies involved.
Expect a gentle flow, plenty of puppy distractions, lots of laughs, cuddle time and photo opportunities with some very good puppies.
And yes, you’ll have time to get your puppy fix before heading off to continue your Charleston Saturday.

WHAT TO BRING
You don’t need to bring a yoga mat—O2 Fitness will have a limited number available. If you have a favorite mat, you’re welcome to bring it along.
Most importantly, bring yourself, your sense of humor and your willingness to have your yoga practice interrupted by puppies.
Because let’s be honest…
That’s kind of the whole point.
ONE LAST THING…
This isn’t your typical yoga class.
The puppies will be roaming around the room during the session, so don’t expect a perfectly peaceful hour of uninterrupted poses. Expect puppy kisses, wiggles, distractions, laughter and plenty of opportunities to connect with these adorable adoptable pups.
