This one-hour class is all about unwinding, smiling, and letting a little sweetness into your day. Puppy Yoga blends gentle, beginner-friendly movement with the pure, playful energy of adoptable pups who roam, cuddle, and explore while you stretch.Expect lighthearted flows, deep breaths, and plenty of chances to pause and connect with a furry friend. No experience needed — just an openness to relax, laugh, and let go of perfection.
Our practice partners from Pondside Paws will bring 8 Golden Retriever puppies who will be 7 weeks old. They are up-to-date on shots and *may* even be a few that are looking for their new families.
Come for the yoga, stay for the snuggles.
Leave feeling softer, lighter, and a little more joyful.
(Participants may want to bring an alternative mat if they are concerned about doggy fluff or puppy piddles.)
So that everyone can have puppy time, this event is limited to 12. Pre-payment is required. Registration: $28 (Members: $25)
