🐶 Yoga + Puppies = Pure Joy! 🧘♀️Come unwind and play at our special Yoga with Puppies event — where gentle movement meets wagging tails and joyful cuddles!
🧘♀️ Two Sessions:
4:00 PM – Puppy Yoga- All Ages Welcome
5:30 PM –Puppy Yoga- Ages 8 and up
This is a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class where we’ll flow through relaxing poses while friendly, adoptable pups roam, cuddle, and bring smiles to everyone! It’s a fun, heartwarming way to support rescue animals while treating yourself to feel-good movement, joy, and connection.
