What's the best way to start your day? With friends, yoga, puppies, and books of course!
Join Old Town Books for puppy yoga, a one-hour class with expert teachers. You'll relax and recenter while playing with adorable adoptable puppies from Homeward Trails Animal Rescue. 100% of your ticket fee for this event goes to Homeward Trails as a donation to their shelter.

Meet the Instructors:
Luci- Luci is a 200hr RYT who teaches with Yoga District. She uses yoga as a tool to seek playfulness, mindfulness, and a safe space to process life. Luci teaches vinyasa flows with a focus on gratitude for the body, space, and lots of laughter! You can find her on instagram at @yogawithluci.
Natalie- Natalie Weinstein completed her 200-hour yoga certification from the Maui Yoga and Dance Shala (RYS) and has taught over 3,000 classes since completing her initial training. As an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, Natalie has led numerous events and workshops as well as four international retreats and one domestic retreat. Natalie enjoys bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences.Constantly seeking to expand her knowledge and expertise, Natalie completed her Yin Yoga training from Wanderlust Yoga, her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, a 20 hour sequencing training with Jason Crandell and a Functional Anatomy training with Tiffany Cruikshank. Additionally, Natalie is a Certified Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is finishing her Personal Training Certification. Natalie offers dynamic yoga, strength-based and functional mobility classes. You can expect her classes to be intentional, powerful, creative, and uplifting, with lots of modifications and a focus on anatomy and alignment.
