Diana Delatour, a certified instructor and owner of Be Hot Yoga Studio will lead a gentle yoga class suitable for all levels. The class will focus on breathing, stretching, and stress reduction, with plenty of playful and animal-inspired postures, all while cuddling adorable puppies!
No prior yoga experience is necessary—everyone is welcome! This unforgettable event will include a light warm-up, a relaxing yoga flow, and plenty of opportunities for puppy cuddles.
