Puppy Yoga Benefitting Local Rescue Puppies

Flow, stretch, and smile — with adoptable rescue puppies wandering the room.
Join Kitten Paws and Downward Dogs at POWER+FLOW in Scottsdale for a gentle, all-levels 60-minute puppy yoga class. The puppies roam free the entire time — expect mid-pose snuggles, happy interruptions, and plenty of photo moments.
Every ticket supports a local rescue and helps these puppies find their forever homes. Rescue volunteers will be on site to answer adoption questions — many of our puppies get adopted by the people who meet them on the mat!
Good to know: This is an 18+ event. Mats are provided — just wear comfortable clothing. All levels welcome, including total beginners. No refunds.
