Puppy Yoga at Uptown Pup

Get ready for the most pawfect morning filled with yoga, coffee, and adorable puppies!

Thanks to Rescue Puppy Yoga Texas, Uptown Pup, and North Texas Australian Shephard Rescue, we've made your puppy yoga dream come true — but heads up, space is limited!

Here's what to expect:

• Yoga with puppies (11:00 AM - 11:45 AM): Enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga session with playful puppies running around and spreading joy. Bring your water bottle, yoga mat or towel, your smile, and your best namaste!
  
• Coffee & Puppy Snuggles (12:00 pm - 1:00 PM):

After yoga, savor iced or hot coffee provided by The Barkday Planner Membership, mingle with fellow members, and capture Insta-worthy moments with the cutest puppies on-site.
