About this Event

Join Maya Malik, Curriculum & Instruction PhD Student and Ed-GRS Fellow at University of Wisconsin - Madison to learn about the art of puppetry around the world and design your own puppet.

Shadow puppets and puppetry have a long history across the world. They have traditionally been used to explore deep emotions and pass on important cultural narratives.

Build a unique shawdow puppet with pre-made templates, or build you own, and bring your story to life!

RSVPs are encouraged but not required. Walk-ins will be welcome as capacity allows.

Generously supported by the Jeannette K. Goldenson Student Program series, which seeks to expand student opportunities at the Chazen.
