Puppets and Stories with Robin Brooks

Join Robin Brooks, an experienced art teacher and huge fan of puppets to make your own hand puppet characters. We will use glue, paper, our imaginations, and a variety of colorful and fun materials to create animal and people puppets. And if time allows, we will learn to make our puppet’s talk! This workshop is open to Grades Pre K-5.

About Robin: Robin Brooks has been teaching children and adults for many years. She values the ideas that children bring with them and delights in helping them learn to think like an artist. Her own work in painting, and mixed media collage has been shown widely throughout the state of Maine and beyond. Robin lives in Topsham and her website is www.robinbrooksart.com

Puppets and Stories with Robin Brooks will take place on Saturday, January 11, 9:00-11:30AM. Maximum of 10 students per class. Cost is $35 per student.
