Some info on the families you're buying a ticket for:

Abdulrahman "Abood" Haroun, a kind-hearted and passionate student of clinical psychology is only 20 years old and currently supporting his family after the loss of their home. Since last year, starvation and displacement have impacted them greatly, and Abood continues to seek consistent support for himself, his friends, and family members. Despite living through unimaginable circumstances - war, displacement, and extreme hardship - he continues to pursue his education in clinical psychology, dreaming of a future where he can help others heal.

Ahmed Al-Juaidi, a young man from North Gaza, has been caring for his grandmother who raised him, since their family's displacement. He is a determined soul, who holds a masters in finance, to whom his beloved grandparents mean the world. Ahmed already lost his grandfather to the occupation's starvation campaign, and an airstrike took the life of his young sister, Batoul. he holds fast to the hope of saving his grandmother, who is currently in ICU nursing care and requires special transport to the south. Currently Ahmed is living a nightmare of fear, isolated from his family and trapped by the ground invasion of Gaza City. He asks anyone of good conscience to pray for a miracle, and assist him in raising transport funds for his grandmother. "I will not surrender, because I live for those I have lost, and for all those who are still suffering."

Yousef Abu Zaid, a young college graduate in Gaza Strip, throughout the relentless destruction of the past two years, has remained steadfast in supporting his loved ones, including his younger sister, his uncle, and many of his friends. Since last year, he and his family have witnessed the unimaginable under constant displacement and bombardment. Their tent has become damaged beyond repair. From Yousef: "Your support goes beyond financial aid: it is a lifeline that helps us reclaim our sense of normalcy... I am truly grateful for your time, consideration, and support.”

Now 23 years old, translator Ibrahim achieved the impossible by applying to countless scholarships. He was evacuated several months ago by the Red Cross to France for graduate studies. Despite this, he is still tasked with supporting his family of six members who have been displaced more than 29 times, and himself, while adjusting to culture shock and touring to unceasingly advocate for the Palestinian cause. Ibrahim has many wonderful friends in the international community, and we are happy to remain connected. While recognizing that the evacuation of a single family member is good news, it creates new forms of separation and heartache that require ongoing support.
