About this Event
Punk Rock Yoga is a monthly event that started as a collaboration between Studio 138 and Animal Boy restaurant. Our goal is to bring our community together! We do that by promoting the joy inherent to movement and sandwiches and loud music!
This month, we are celebrating Studio 138's one-year-anniversary with a the biggest Punk Rock Yoga yet! Grab a mat and some friends and meet us at The Lot!
- Your ticket includes SANDWICHES and other snacks catered by Animal Boy (beer/drinks will be available for purchase 21+)
- Punk Rock Yoga is open to participants of all levels
Kaly is an enthusiastic and bombastic yoga teacher with so much love and energy to share. She is attentive to the different needs of her students, and builds classes where everyone can get more in touch with their own body.
Studio 138 is a punk owned and operated yoga and massage therapy studio located across the street from The Lot. Animal Boy is a punk rock sandwich shop and bar located just up the street from Studio 138.
We are welcoming of all shapes and sizes and colors and genders and ethnicities and ages.
We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
We are not fancy, but we are professional. Rude, lewd, or suggestive behavior to our team or clients is grounds for removal.
