PumpkinPalooza is back! Join us on Wednesday, October 22nd starting at 4 p.m. at Alethia Tanner Park for delicious food, live music from , FREE PUMPKINS from our “pick-your-own” pumpkin patch, live Smurf costumed characters, and selfies with baby alpacas!

Costumes encouraged for people and pets, as we’re hosting the ever-popular costume parade with amazing prizes.

PumpkinPalooza will also feature the return of pop-up beer garden hosted by who will be serving specialty fall brews (21+ only; no cash accepted, credit/debit only).

Finish off the evening watching Hotel Transylvania on the big screen at DC’s best outdoor movie venue! 🎬

What to expect at PumpkinPalooza?

Important things to know before you attend:

Pick-your-own pumpkin patch opens at 4:15 P.M. and free pumpkins are available on a first come, first served basis. Limit: one free pumpkin per person, while supplies last.

Parents, please ensure your children are supervised at all times. The Metropolitan Branch Trail runs alongside the park and is frequented by bicycles and scooters.

Dogs are welcome, and encouraged to participate in pet costume contest, but they must be on a leash. There is also a separate dog park at Alethia Tanner Park where your dog can play off leash!

In case of inclement weather, the event will take place on Thursday, October 23rd from 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Certain elements of the event may not occur on the rain date.
