—>If you’re not familiar, the Pumpkin Smash is Compost Collective KC’s annual effort to divert thousands of pumpkins from the KC Metro’s landfills each fall. There are A LOT of them, and they’re far too valuable to waste. Instead, you can give them a second life at @urbavorefarm , where they’re fed to animals + composted into nutrient-rich soil to grow healthy food!
