Join us for a cozy afternoon of creating as you learn the art of traditional stained glass while making your very own stained glass pumpkin patch. With beautiful fall-inspired glass and plenty of personality, this is a piece you’ll love displaying year after year throughout the fall season.
During the workshop, you’ll learn how stained glass pieces come together. You’ll work with individual pieces of glass, learn how they are shaped and prepared, arrange your design, and then use a soldering iron to join everything together. Your instructor will guide you through each step as your pieces of glass transform into a beautiful handcrafted pumpkin patch ready to catch the autumn sunlight!
No stained glass experience is necessary! This workshop is perfect for beginners who want to try something new, get creative, and experience the magic of turning individual pieces of glass into a finished work of art.
🎃 Important Safety Information
Stained glass is a hands-on art form that involves glass, flux, hot soldering irons, and solder containing lead, so additional safety precautions are necessary.
Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants. Safety glasses are highly recommended, and safety glasses and gloves will be available for students to use during the workshop.
Because lead-containing solder is used, this workshop is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
For everyone's safety, food and drinks are not permitted at the stained glass worktables.
This workshop is designed for ages 15 and up.
