Pumpkin Paint NightYou are invited to a beautiful Halloween guided meditation and paint night experience. It is inspired by the ancient Celts and their celebration of Samhain on the 31st of October. Samhain marked the Celtic New Year, the end of summer, and the end of the harvest season. With this original spirit in mind, we invite you on a little imaginary journey. You will prepare yourself for wintertime by letting go of what doesn't serve you anymore, cultivating gratitude for yourself, and welcoming peace and tranquillity into your new life cycle. And then we will celebrate with food, libations and Creations!

Most creative pumpkin will win a Yoga Nidra class. 40 min of guided meditation is equivalent to 4 hours of REM Sleep. Hosted on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm-7:30pm.
