Our annual Pumpkin Hunt is back again this fall! All October, enjoy time outdoors and explore our trails at the EEC to search for pumpkins hidden around the site…if you find one, you get a fun fall prize! Here’s how it works:1. Beginning October 1st, ten small plastic pumpkins will be hidden around the EEC; they could be anywhere, but all will be visible from the trails in some way – look closely! Our trails are open dawn to dusk daily, so come out and search when it works for you. Check our Facebook Event page for a photo of what the pumpkins look like so you know what you’re looking for!
2. If you find a pumpkin, turn it in to EEC staff inside our Visitor’s Cabin during business hours (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM) in exchange for a prize. Limit one pumpkin per family, please.
Pumpkins will remain hidden until October 31st or until all ten have been found. We will post updates as pumpkins are found so that you know how many are left hidden – be sure to check our Facebook Event page for the latest count!
This self-guided activity is FREE and no registration is required.
