Let's go!

1. Do you offer an event only package? NO
2. Can I extend my hotel stay? Yes, PumPcationers may arrive earlier or stay longer than the advertised travel dates. Additional nights are subject to availability and all costs associated with trip extensions will be the sole responsibility of the PumPcationer. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding trip extensions.
3. Is airfare included in the package? No, airfare to and from the PumPcation Destination is not included.
4. Is airport transportation provided? Group Airport transfers will be provided for PumPcationers ONLY.
5. When should I arrive? We recommend a flight that lands prior to 12pm on February 11th or February 13th so that you catch the first fete scheduled for your respective PumPcation package.
6. Is ground transportation included in packages? Group ground transportation to and from all listed events and to the road Carnival Monday and Tuesday is included. Transportation from the road Carnival Monday and Tuesday is not included.
7. What if I am interested in attending other events that are not included? PumPcationers are welcome to attend any event(s) of their choice. Please note that PumPcarioners are responsible for the costs of any and all additional events attended and applicable transportation.
8. What happens if I don't attend one of the events offered in the package? Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.
9. How will information be communicated to me? Prior to the trip, updates will be communicated via email. Additionally, a WhatsApp group chat will be created for attendees so that information can be shared while at the destination.
10. How will I know my registration is confirmed? Once you have paid the deposit, you will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite.
11. H ow do I pay my balance in full? After initial deposits, PumPcationers will be invoiced via PayPal and payments are to be made via said platform. Payment amounts will be set based on overall balance and divided into monthly payments which will be due each month.

• Prices are based on costs, taxes and exchange rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your PumPcation. Prices quoted are in USD.

• Deposits are required to secure accommodations, costume, participation in Mas band, and other related costs to the package.

• Add-Ons are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of selection.

• After initial deposits, PumPcationers will be invoiced via PayPal and payments are to be made via said platform. Payment amounts will be set based on overall balance and divided into monthly payments which will be due at the end of each month.

• Flights are not included in these packages.

• If you are rooming with a partner they must make a deposit in the same month to secure their spot.

• If you are traveling solo and are interested in being partnered with a fellow PumPcationer we will do our best to assist.

• Requests for package modifications after registration must be submitted to [email protected] and are subject to availability.

• Please contact us if a longer stay is required.

• Your package must be paid in full by Dec 15th, 2025. Failure to do so will result in your forfeiture of your package.

• If you decide to leave earlier/later than group scheduled transportation times, you will be responsible for getting your own transport.

• Refunds will not be issued for events not attended due to flight delays, late attendance or non-participation. If you get super drunk and miss out a whole day of pumping, make up for it the next day by getting super drunk again. Fete Maths.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. PUMPCATIONERS AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEPOSITS AND FUTURE PACKAGE PAYMENTS) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THAT NEITHER REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE ONCE PACKAGES ARE PURCHASED. PUMPCATIONERS AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR EVENTS MISSED DUE TO FLIGHT DELAYS, LATE ATTENDANCE, OR NON-PARTICIPATION. PUMPCATIONERS AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS. PUMPCATIONERS AGREE THAT CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ANY PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE. PUMPCATIONERS AGREE THAT LOCATION, VENUES, DATES, AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME BY EVENT ORGANIZER.

• In the event of the happening of any circumstance beyond the control of the PumPcation Trinidad Management Team, including without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the PumPcation Trinidad Management Team, where any of those factors, circumstances, situations, or conditions or similar ones prevent, dissuade, or unreasonably delay prospective PumPcationers from appearing at the Hotel, or where any of them make it illegal, impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable to hold the Event, the PumPcation Trinidad Management Team retains the right to unilaterally cancel or postpone the event without liability, damages, fees, or penalty. In the event of cancellation by the PumPcation Trinidad Management Team, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event and all packages will be honored for said new dates.

• CONSENT TO THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES: Registration with, attendance at, or participation in PumPcation Trinidad constitutes an agreement by the PumPcationer to PumPcation SSAs use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the PumPcationer’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

• WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: In consideration for being allowed to participate in PumPcation Trinidad, PumPcationers hereby warrant and represent that they are age 18 or above and knowingly release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue PumPcation Trinidad, its Management Team, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees, agents and volunteers and each of the partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by PumPcationers or any of the property belonging to PumPcationers, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees, while participating in PumPcation Trinidad or while in, on or upon the premises where PumPcation Trinidad and/or related activity is being conducted. PumPcationers hereby warrant that they are fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected to their participation in PumPcation Trinidad, including but not limited to travel risks. PumPcationers hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to PumPcationers and their property. PumPcationers knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by PumPcationers, or any loss or damage to property owned by PumPcationers, as a result of being engaged in PumPcation Trinidad, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. PumPcationers further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to PumPcationers’ participation in PumPcation Trinidad, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees otherwise.PumPcationers knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Policy to constitute an Agreement between Releasees and PumPcationers. PumPcationers knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to binding the members of PumPcationers’ families and spouses if PumPcationers are alive, and PumPcationers’ heirs, assigns, and personal representatives if PumPcationers are deceased, and knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the RELEASEES. PumPcationers hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

• INDEMNIFICATION: PumPcationers hereby warrant and represent that they are age 18 or above and hereby knowingly and voluntarily agree to indemnify, exonerate and hold PumPcation Trinidad, its Management Team, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees, agents and volunteers and each of the partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) free and harmless from and against any and all actions, causes of action, suits, losses, liabilities and damages, and expenses in connection therewith, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements (collectively, the “Indemnified Liabilities”), incurred by the Indemnitees or any of them as a result of, or arising out of, or relating to the execution, delivery, performance, enforcement or existence of PumPcation Trinidad or the transactions contemplated hereby, whether caused by the negligence of the Indemnitees or otherwise.
