As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse — the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body.
Night two of the PULSE LIVE residency at Bridge Hall: Breath-work, contact improv, and a live-scored ecstatic dance journey designed to realign, reground and purify. Contact improv class led by Margo Moritz at 6:15, live dance at 7:30, and an ambient Sound Bath to land it all at 8:40. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed — first-timers are welcome.
Doors 5:30pm. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
