PULSE LIVE: Contact Improv & Live Music Journey at Bridge Hall
About this Event
As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse: the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body.
PULSE LIVE at Bridge Hall is a live-scored ecstatic dance journey. Contact improv, guest-facilitated by Margo Moritz, opens the night. The music is completely improvised live by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. From there the floor opens into ecstatic dance, then an ambient sound bath and a facilitated integration to land it all. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome.
Doors 5:45 PM, opening circle 6:15 PM. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
Presale tickets are available here, or at humanedesignglobal.com/events/pulse-live-11-14-26.
