Come out and join the Vandy Run Club for a 5K double loop or a 1.5mi walk, followed by an incredible sauna and cold plunge experience, at a group rate of $15. You'll sign a waiver when you arrive, pay, go on the run, and then return for social-sauna-plunge time. There are limited number of spots available, so reach out to Vandy Run Club on IG or FB if you want to reserve a spot in advance.
