Pugin's Paints Family Workshop

A hands-on workshop exploring natural pigment paint making, encouraging an appreciation of natural materials in the spirit of Pugin and his designs in the Cathedral. Learn about traditional methods of preparing paints, play with colour, and make your own paint brushes.

There will be two sessions on the day from 10am - 12pm and from 1pm - 3pm. Booking is essential, and we encourage you to visit the Cathedral before to get inspired by the paint schemes.

Suitable for age 7+. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There is no charge but any donation for materials and refreshments is welcomed.
