A 4-week series of playful printmaking & papercraft workshops inspired by Augustus Pugin. Make paperchains, giftwrap & festive decorations.
About this Event

Get crafty with Augustus Pugin-inspired patterns in this four-week series of relaxed, hands-on printmaking workshops.

Across four Tuesday evenings, we’ll explore the decorative world of Gothic Revival through simple printmaking projects designed to be both useful and delightfully ornamental.

Each session will give you the opportunity to experiment with patterns, printing and paper while making something new to take home. You can come along to individual sessions, or book the full series at a discounted price.

The series includes:

· Paperchains – create your own repeating Gothic-inspired patterns for festive decorations

· Bookmarks – print beautifully patterned bookmarks for your favourite books

· Christmas Giftwrap – make your own unique wrapping paper and tags

· Festive Decorations – finish the series by creating printed decorations for the Christmas season.

The workshops are designed to be accessible and playful, with no previous printmaking experience necessary. Come along, get crafty and enjoy making something by hand.
