You asked for it! And here it is…Yoga at my studio! But not just yoga, smoga.
This will be a 90 minute stretch and flow class taught by Stephanie Fulson. This class will be beneficial for both beginner and more experienced guests.
Bring your own mat and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together.
Included in this event is a pre-roll, goodie bag, drink station, and light nibbles.
