In a co-op troop, every parent or caregiver plays an active role in creating a successful troop experience. Rather than one troop leader doing everything, families work together to plan meetings, lead activities, and support the girls as they learn new skills, build confidence, and make friends. Adults serve as facilitators, creating a collaborative and welcoming environment for everyone.
Our Girl Scout co-op troop brings together girls for a season of fun, friendship, and hands-on adventures! Led by trained Girl Scout staff, this troop model offers a high-quality experience supported by troop support volunteers and parent helpers.
