The Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) invites community members to provide comments regarding the Black Hills Electric rate case proposal. Black Hills is required to seek approval from the PUC to raise customer rates. The Company’s proposed increase– an annual revenue increase of approximately $37 million–would affect both residential and commercial rates.
More information on the Black Hills Electric Rate Proposal 24AL-0275E is available on the PUC website or visit https://puc.colorado.gov/key-proceedings. The Commission is expected to reach a final decision on the rate increase in March of 2025.
