We are having an auction on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 10:30am. There are CURRENTLY 13 units for sale.All bidders are asked to show up early enough to sign in and get a bidder’s card.
Auction Rules:
1} Bidders must register before bidding and bid with their given number.
2} All Tenants have the right to redeem their property prior to the sale.
3} Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash or credit/debit card.
4} Unit will be re-locked immediately after winning bid until paid for in the office.
5} Contents bought are to be removed by 5:00 pm the day of the auction.
6} A clean-up cash deposit of $20 is required on any unit purchased.
7} Seller reserves the right to reject any bid.
8} Property will be sold by the unit.
9} Please leave any personal photographs or documents in the unit.
