Metro invites riders, community members, and stakeholders to participate in an upcoming Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) General Meeting. PSAC serves as an advisory body to Metro, offering community-informed guidance on public safety policies, programs, and initiatives across the transit system.

Meetings provide an opportunity to learn about current public safety efforts, hear updates on initiatives and pilot programs, and engage directly with PSAC members and Metro staff. Participants are encouraged to share experiences, concerns, and recommendations to help shape safer, more responsive transit services for all riders.

PSAC General Meetings occur on a regular monthly schedule and reflect Metro’s commitment to transparency, public participation, and community-centered decision-making. Interpretation services, including Spanish, and ADA accessibility accommodations are available in accordance with Metro policy. Requests for language or accessibility services should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance using the contact information provided in the meeting notice.

Public participation is welcome and encouraged. Community input plays an essential role in ensuring Metro’s public safety strategies reflect the needs and priorities of the people the system serves.
