Rules and Regulations:
Participants must be 14 years or older. Teens under 18 must be accompanied by responsible adult.
Respect the property and its surroundings.
Follow instructions from event organizers and volunteers.
No alcohol or drugs permitted.
No smoking on the premises.
Do not disturb or provoke any entities encountered.
No seances, rituals, or scrying will be permitted
Participants must sign a waiver before entering the premises.
