You're invited to the LES MILLS STRENGTH LAB this February, where we introduce the workout of the decade, BODYPUMP HEAVY.

BODYPUMP HEAVY is tempo-based weightlifting that draws from traditional lifting techniques. Each class challenges strength, builds lean muscle, and drives measurable performance gains. Driven by iconic music and group energy, it turns traditional weightlifting into a fun, social, and addictive experience.

In the session, you will:

- Be one of the first to experience BODYPUMP HEAVY in the UK.

- Recover with post-workout refuel.

- Meet other like-minded fitness friends in your community.
