We will draw upon the speaker's background in business research to deeply analyze six carefully selected monarchs, not distant historical figures, but case studies of leadership. No prior knowledge of Chinese history is required. This lecture is open to anyone interested in leadership, management, or culture, including students, scholars, professionals, and those with a curiosity about culture.
Yufei Wang is a business expert and currently teaches at Vilnius University Business School. Yufei Wang has a PhD in Business and has written extensively on culture, consumers, and sustainability in top international journals. Yufei Wang has over eight years of experience in aviation and management in China, the US, and Europe, giving him a unique insight into effective leadership and cross-cultural understanding.
