Summary: The request is for approval of a historic landmark designation for a Property located at 319 South Main Street. The Property, approximately .14 acres in size, is eligible for designation under both the Architectural and Social and Historic categories per the Land Use & Development Code. Formally designating the site as a historic landmark will indefinitely preserve the character defining features of the structure.
Location/Site Plan: The Property is generally located to the south of Skeel Street, to the west and north of South Main Street, and to the east of Highway 85 and the Pavilions Development.
