We offer services for Carver County residents and those who are uninsured or under-insured. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins welcome. Important Information:
• Interpreter services available
• Please bring a record of past vaccinations
• Children under age 18 must be with a parent or guardian, or have a signed permission form
Vaccines:
• For those age 6 weeks through adulthood
• A $21 fee per vaccine is requested but no one will be denied if unable to pay **no fee for COVID-19 vaccines**
TB skin Tests (TST):
• Available by appointment
• Test fee is $20.00
Clinic location:
• Carver County Government Center, 600 East 4th Street, Chaska
• Free parking in front lot. Enter door #1 by flag pole.
