Join the Special Committee on Rental Policies to hear about the work we've done looking at how Short-Term Rentals are regulated in other municipalities, and what that might look like for Beverly. Did you know -- Beverly's Zoning Ordinance does not allow short-term rentals (like AirBnBs or VRBOs) for less than 30 days. However, there are 150+ short-term rental units licensed by the state operating in Beverly. The City Council helped form this Special Committee to look at the landscape and come up with solutions that may work for Beverly.
This meeting is open to the public, and we encourage everyone to attend and bring your questions / suggestions / comments.
