Public Consultation Meeting for Frank Hollingsworth Park

I am incredibly excited to invite residents to the Public Consultation Meeting for the future Frank Hollingsworth Park on Wednesday, June 11, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Municipal Offices, 395 Mulock Drive, Cane A & B Rooms.
The proposed park concepts will be on display, and this is your opportunity to provide feedback and help shape this exciting new community space.
This project has been a long time coming and is something I have been passionate about for many years. Our community deserves a vibrant, welcoming place where families can gather, children can play, and residents of all ages can enjoy the outdoors. The proposed plans include features such as a spray pad, playground, and the possibility of a winter ice feature, creating a true four season destination for our neighbourhood.
Knowing that Frank Hollingsworth Park is expected to become a reality next year is incredibly exciting. This park will be a tremendous addition to Ward 3 and our broader community, providing a place for recreation, connection, and community pride.
I encourage everyone to attend, view the concepts, and share your thoughts. Your feedback will help ensure this becomes a park our entire community can enjoy for generations to come.
